Marijuana Recipes - Hempy Heirloom Tomato SaladUsing heirloom tomatoes for this quick to make salad will make for a colorful presentation, but any variety of garden ripe tomatoes will work.

A note about the Dosing on this recipe!

  • 3 pounds mixed color heirloom tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons cannabis infused olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves
  • Salt and cracked black pepper
  1. Core tomatoes and slice about 1/3-inch thick. Arrange tomatoes slices on a large serving platter.
  2. Whisk together vinegar and canna-oil and drizzle over the tomatoes. Sprinkling the fresh mint and basil over the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Chill until serving time. Can be made up to 3 hours ahead of time.
